Shipping and Transportation Information
All stocked products you order from Baby Grown Pty Ltd are shipped via Australia Post within the next business day.  

How should I receive the cargo package?
Since the cargo company is racing against time, it wants to deliver the product and leave immediately, but there is a sensitive issue. You should not sign the cargo form before receiving your cargo package. Before signing the cargo report, please check whether the box of your product is damaged due to transportation. If the box is damaged for any reason, return your box to the cargo officer for a report to be filed without signing any delivery documents. Your new products will be sent by us immediately. In case the products are received with a damaged box, Baby Grown Pty Ltd is not responsible for the damage or missing products inside.

Is there any deformation in the delivered package?
If there is any deformation in the package brought by the cargo company or any doubts that make you think that the product inside may be damaged, open the package with the cargo officer and check the physical condition of your orders without signing the cargo form. If you do not see any problems, then you may sign the transmit form. If you think that the products in the box are damaged in any way, do not accept the products, and request a cargo damage report from the cargo officer. (Please do not receive the recorded products.) The recorded products will be exchanged and reshipped to you. 

Broken, crushed, broken or damaged delivery.
The duty of the cargo company is to safely deliver your purchases from Baby Grown Pty Ltd to the right person by providing safe transportation. If there is any damage to the product, you can call the cargo company and request that a report be kept. Once the product reaches us along with the report you have kept, your exchange will be made immediately.
