Return Questions
1. How do I make my return?
You can return the products free of charge within 7 days of purchase, complete with all accessories, provided that they are unused and undamaged and in original packaging.
2. How does the return process work?
Please send us an email to contact@babygrown.com.au and one of our representatives will start the return process.
The shipping fee for returns will need to be paid by the Customer and our Customer Service Team will organise the return shipping for you. Once we receive your return it will be examined by our return Department representative to determine whether it complies with the conditions stated above.
The return of products that comply with the return procedures will be approved and the product fee will be deposited to your account within 2 business days. It may take 3-5 business days for this fee to be reflected in your account, due to bank procedures. This 2-day period will start when Baby Grown Pty Ltd receives the product you returned.
3. What are the products that cannot be returned?
Due to hygiene conditions, returns and exchanges are not accepted for item that have been warm or taken out of its original packaging.
